His office had the largest share in the Senate operating savings but, he is second in the Philippines as the most "gastador" in T.V. ads and campaign materials in this 2007 Senatoriable Elections (second to Prospero "Butch" Pichay This is his classic TV Ad with a promise "Ubusin ang mga corrupt".

E paano naging tagapagtanggol na ngayon si Joker ng corrupt na si Arroyo. he-he-he. Joker sabi mo nga "Pag Bad Ka, Lagot Ka?" E bakit mo nilalagot ang whistle blower na si Lozada instead na lagutin mo ang mga bad katulad ng pamilyang GMA.
